"My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

"Mack was professional and pleasant. Arrived on time. Did a great and efficient job. Very knowledgeable in many areas. Would definitely use him again."

"Due to the size of our project, Allan and his team spent several months on our property. They were consistently honest, punctual, reliable, and delivered a quality product. My husband and I have flipped a few homes and understand the pains of flakey sub-contractors and shotty work all too well. Working with Allan was a nice break from those headaches. Anytime there were issues or concerns, they were promptly corrected and fairly addressed. I should also mention that they were always clean, which I really appreciated due to us living in the home that was being remodeled. They cleaned up every day after they were done and always kept the job site tidy. What I liked the most about Allan is that he manages his projects himself and checks in on his team's or any subs brought in to direct them and review their completed work. If they did something wrong Allan would point it out and tell us what he was doing to fix it versus hiding it. At the time of our project Allan seemed to run in the mid-range when it came to cost, but the peace of mind and quality work he delivers are well worth it. His team of skilled workers all seemed to have worked for him for years and I'm sure that's due to him paying them fair wages and not using undocumented laborers. During the year + he worked for us, we only saw 1 employee leave and always saw the same faces at our house. I can't say enough about how happy we are now with the finished property and how grateful we are to Allan and team. The decision on who to trust for large, stressful, and expensive home construction project is a big one. I would encourage anyone to reach out to recent prior customers for insight on their personal experience. I'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have: Jeanette_Gregg@dell.com. Best of luck with your project!"

"Ed and his team are amazing! They over delivered and gave me a beautiful kitchen within in my budget. I will hire them again for my bathroom remodel."

"West Shore Home worked with us on a very tight timeline. We recently moved back to the US from being stationed overseas and need to move into our newly purchased home asap. We arranged for both master and shared bathroom renovations. West Shore worked with us to get the master bath converted from a tub to walk-in shower quickly. The crew, Travis, Alonzo, Cam and Tyler were very professional, courteous and informative throughout the entire process. Would recommend West Shore for your bath remodel. Hope to see the same crew when they return to remodel the shared bathroom."

"If you are looking for a 5 stars shower remodel that is top quality (material and work), look no further. My experience with Hill Country Tub and Shower was the best. Travis came to my house with all the answers to my problems, friendly and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me and answered my calls after. Installation day started bright and early with Phil and Bee covering my furniture and floors where they were going to walk. Very courteous and professional. It took them 2 days to finish the most perfect and beautiful work i have seen done in a shower. Phil stayed after he was done to make sure i understood the new features of my shower and answer a few last questions. I 100% recommend this company for a shower remodeling. I am just sorry i did not do my sink at the same time. Guest bathroom will have to be next!!!! The icing on the cake is that i don’t ever need to clean between the tiles again as the entire wall is one piece and so is the floor ( anti slip is a bonus). extremely satisfied client here!!!!"

"I highly recommend Gregg. He and his crew did an amazing job on my remodel. He was on time, on budget and a joy to work with. He enjoys a challenge and offered some wonderful design ideas that enhanced my project. His woodworking skills are outstanding and he goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the final product. Gregg is a gem. I couldnâ t be happier!"

"Raul and his father exceeded our expectations! We are already planning our next renovation with them!"
