"Everything when smoothly and quicker than we could have expected. Our initial contact with was in early January. While the work was initially scheduled to be completed late February, Carl (owner) was able to push the work ahead a few weeks. Build time covered approximately two weeks. During the first week, the existing cover was removed. A cap was put on the existing patio by a contractor who works closely with Sheds and More (approx $2600 in addition to the $15000). The build started at the end of the first week and was completed by Wednesday of the following week. We are extremely pleased with the design execution. We asked for a non traditional wooden design and provided pictures of what we wanted. To complicate matters, the roof slope has a very low slope and there are two opposing roof lines in one of the corners. We wanted a ceiling height that would let us install ceiling fans. The other builders we talked to could not meet all these requests. Carl has been friendly, profession, and flexible. The crew working the job were timely and efficient, working with us as much as possible when any questions arose. While the costs may appear be a bit higher than expected, the quality of the finished product make it an extremely good value, in our opinion."

They are true craftsman. Changes and surprises came up, but we always received good communication and recommendations on the path forward. They were dependable and professional throughout. "My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "Moran Construction was hired to remodel our Dock House after it flooded over the July 4th Weekend. Gregg Moran called me back after I left a message on Sunday July 6th. He showed up at our house Monday July 7th & had a bid to us by 9th. He has done a fantastic job putting our Dock House back together! He is excellent at communication & does what he says he is going to do & when he is going to do it. We have hired him to do a few more repairs/projects around our house since the Dock House reconstruction is finished. We would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your construction/remodeling/repair projects."
