"We are absolutely delighted with the results of our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Dave and Sam from Pinto Remodeling have become true friends throughout this process! From the very beginning, we were impressed by their enthusiasm, creativity, and thoughtful ideas. Their energy and insight guided us as the project evolved and expanded into other areas of our condo. Dave, our daily point of contact, was attentive, reliable, and always easy to reach. He coordinated all the contractors seamlessly and kept us informed if any schedule changes arose. They checked in on us months after the project was to make sure everything was working and did not hesitate to stop by if they had to. Very hands on. Every contractor they brought in was skilled, professional, and contributed to achieving the atmosphere we envisioned. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from Pinto Remodeling, and we highly recommend them for any home improvement project you are considering."

"Evolves did my kitchen remodel."

"Very pleased with my bathroom remodel. Workers showed up on time and were very professional."

"We were very pleased with final results.  LHS adhered to the terms of the agreement.  They accommodated our minor preference changes without charge.  Where certain unplanned upgrades were requested, reasonable change orders were provided.  Our only concern was that the items and amounts in the change orders were identified later than expected, but pricing was reasonable.

The highest compliment I make is that Jessie Cueto, the project manager ALWAYS attempted to complete the work to our satisfaction.  He wasn't finished until we were pleased.  He listened to our preferences, and always accommodated our requests.  As a result, a few things took longer than planned, but the end product was worth the wait.

LHS is a responsible general contractor who charges appropriately for top quality work."

"Mike is very easy to work with. He's very responsive to messages, and is open and honest with communication regarding all aspects of the project. Our bathroom remodel is very high quality. We look forward to working with Mike and his team again."
