"I purchased a bank owned home back in mid 2015 with the intention of fixing it up and renting it out.  I had to contract out several of the jobs that I could not personally do.  Steger Renovations was able to do the majority of renovations inside the home from the remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms to the drywall, painting and trim work and doors.  I know that Steger Renovation is also very good with tile work, deck work, demo work and the professional finishing of basements or room additions.  I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend Steger Renovation for your next home project!"

"We recently remodeled a 100 year-old Craftsman home. We initially discussed the project with Mose Troyer and were very impressed with his knowledge and advice. The project required replacing and replicating a considerable amount of the woodwork. Mose also modified the existing Shaker kitchen cabinets. Modifications included building new cabinets to match the existing ones. He also adjusted several cabinets while maintaining the original look of the cabinetry. Mose also completely built an entire wall of pantry cabinets in the Shaker style. He installed new baseboards and window trim. He rebuilt and repaired existing window trim in several other rooms. Mose integrated the repairs to the point that after painting no one could discern that the sill had been repaired. His work was flawless. In addition, he walled off a doorway and built a bookcase with enclosed shelves in the lower half. He installed 10 new doors with hardware in line with the original style of the home. He also installed two barn doors with hardware. He is conscientious and easy to work with. Without his creativity and craftsmanship the project would never have been as successful and we’re thrilled with the results. Without reservation, we highly recommend Mose for cabinetry/carpentry work."

"After Receiving quotes from 4 companies, we went with Finished Basements Plus. Not only did they offer the best price, but also included all permits and quality features such as metal framing without us having to ask. Todd, Brian, and their crews were great to deal with throughout the whole project. If getting the job done right for a great price are your priorities (and not speed), these guys are a great choice. We plan on hiring them again to remodel our master bathroom."

"Mark and his crew did a great job on our 4 seasons room. We needed extra space and they did quality, professional work at a competitive price. Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!"

"Tony was prompt and efficient. He completed everything on the list in good time, and left the place clean. We will have him do additional work."

"We were very pleased with AIS. This is the second time we have utilized this company for exterior remodeling. At our initial consultation, we walked through the requested remodeling and Doug emailed us a quote and contract. An additional walk through was done 24 hours prior to starting our work. Once the work was completed, we had a final walk through to ensure our satisfaction. The work performed was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The AIS team made suggestions that actually improved upon my original request. We are thrilled with the workmanship and end result!"

"Nick does amazing work. I had him remodel my upstairs completely a few months ago. I couldnâ t have been more happy with the outcome."

"Great! Chris is very good. Would hire again for other remodeling projects."

"Anthony & crew were terrific They showed up on schedule & completed the job in the agreed upon timing. Anthony discussed all plans in advance, didn’t change plans or move ahead w/ a couple of things that came to light once the actual work started without talking to us first. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I have a couple of other jobs that will head his way once we get them going. I will hire them again. No question."
