We could not be more pleased with the end result and had such a wonderful experience with Matt and his crew. "Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

"I have remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom with Property Revision. Paul Schuessler and Brittany Oâ Connor were amazing. I never felt any pressure. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! "We had a one car garage and a family room torn down and replaced with a two car garage, larger family room, mud and laundry room along with a screen in porch. The quality of work was excellent. Communication was top notch, no surprises. Overrun costs were minimal and communicated beforehand. Minimal means less than 5%(likely closer to 1%) of overall cost. My wife and I were also wanting to do some of the finish work to help alleviate costs and Chet and his crew had no problem allowing that along with communicating exactly what they were doing and what we would do. In short we would certainly hire them again. We actually did to do some repairs on an unrelated project and are planning on having them back for a few other projects."
