This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"We started the process via phone and email. Thne we set an appointment to finalize the plan and sign the contract. They were timely in coming to this appointment. They laid out the process of change orders should there be additional required services. Once we had agreed on everything, they completed everything that was in the contract. We requested two change orders that were handled. The project ran a little longer than anticipated when they had a problem with their quartz counter top supplier. This would be my only negative. They did untilmately solve the problem but we were not aware of it until two weeks had passed. I would have preferred to be informed on why things were delayed. Everyone in the company is friendly and courteous. They have a plan and follow it - and you can't ask more than that! The kitchen is beautiful!!!"

"This is the second time i have used their services to remodel. In 2015 I bought a 2nd story condo in Orlando. I hired Geoff and his team to remodel it for me while i went back to Arizona to sell my house. I was so pleased with what they accomplished, i hired them again in 2021 when i moved into my Kissimmee 3/2 house. I was pleased with their innovative ideas, work ethic and their ability to listen to MY REQUESTS. It, however, took more time to complete because there were some setbacks during "COVID time" (getting supplies, parts, and laborers). The crew were all professional, caring, respectable, responsible and trustworthy individuals."

We had at least 5 estimates and many ideas and opinions as to how and when to proceed because the enclosure had to be coordinated with the roof replacement also. "Our home was left in shambles (not livable) for over 5 weeks by the previous "contractor" who turned out to be a total flop: no license, no true experience in the scope of project we were doing. We were scrambling trying to find someone to help us with the mess we were left with. We contacted Mr. Martin Lecina, who came out to take a look at the house immediately and gave us a very reasonable quote within a day. We decided to take a chance and hire Mr. Lecina and his crew based on the professionalism and knowledge he exhibited at the initial meeting. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and skillful. The crew cleaned up and were very respectful to our home, which we greatly appreciated (stark contrast from our previous experience). The quality of their work is top-notch! Very meticulous and truly had the homeowners best interest at heart. The entire project was finished within the time frame as promised by Mr. Lecina. Mr. Lecina and his crew were a Godsend to us; they rescued us from a total nightmare. It is so rare to come by an HONEST and knowledgeable contractor nowadays, and we felt like we hit the jackpot with Mr. Lecina's company. We cannot say enough great things about General Constructions of Orlando. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!"
