"Bill responded quickly to my request for a quote. He came to our home at a time that work with my and my husband's schedules. He listened as we explained what work we wanted done and made suggestions based upon his knowledge and experience. Upon leaving, Mr. Varney explained what I could expect to happen next in terms of the scope of work and job quote. We received a detailed quote outlining all the things discussed during our meeting as well as job costs.

Once a permit was obtained the work began. Due to our work schedules, neither my husband nor I were able to be home when the work began however I felt completely confortable with Bill and his crew being in my home. Bill kept in continuous contact with me via text when he was at the house and when he was leaving he made sure to secure the house.

The work progressed in a timely fashion. Some delays were dealt with due to the holidays as well as awaiting custom ordered materials but Bill again kept us aware of any delays. Any issues that came up during the project Bill made sure to address until we were satisfied with the work.

Upon job completion I sent a list of some minor things that needed to be fixed and Bill was back out within a couple days to correct and made sure before he left that I was completely satisfied with his work.

It was a pleasure working with Bill and his crew and in the future we would definitely use his services for additional projects.
