"We met quite a few contractor's before deciding to go with New Image Remodeling. They weren't the cheapest quote we received, nor the most expensive, but what we appreciated about them and ultimately drove us to go with them for our project was their creativity. Mark had a good way of envisioning the final project and making some big tasks to make our vision come true really approachable. Other contractor's kept telling us some of the things we envisioned wouldn't be possible/worth it but Mark really came at things with a "can do" attitude. The project was a long one. Everyone told me to be prepared to add at least two months to whatever our contractor initially quoted us for a timeline. That wasn't the case for us, even with some delays on materials due to COVID, our project still finished right on pace with the original timeframe we were given. Mark and his team were always very easy going and made us feel comfortable throughout the process while having endless people in our house. The end result is beautiful. We would definitely recommend Mark and his team at New Image Remodeling."

"We recently completed a basement finishing project with Matrix and are happy with the final result. As with many large remodeling projects, we ran into a few issues along the way. A flooring material delivery delay pushed the project timeline back by a few weeks. The shower panel was scratched during plumbing installation and had to be replaced, and there were several electrical items shown on the plans that required follow-up visits to complete correctly. We didn't discover until after the drywall and painting were finished that the framing team had missed the wood backing specified in the plans for our TV mounts, which was never resolved. Despite these challenges, our site manager, Jim, was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the project. He was available when questions came up and helped address issues as they arose. While the project wasn't without hiccups, Matrix worked to resolve concerns, and we are enjoying our new basement."
