Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! "Dan's team took on a large basement renovation for me. They were able to start very quickly and made progress fast. Dan is very knowledgable when it comes to plumbing matters so that was very helpful. The bulk of the project wrapped up quickly but we had a few follow-ups that took a while to complete due to supply delays and weather/scheduling delays. My only issue is sometimes Dan was hard to nail down regarding his schedule but ultimately we got everything finished! A few small things needed to be adjusted but his team was quick to handle it. We are happy with the final result!"
