"We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space! In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. I reached out to company not only for the repair but to actually hire for an additional job I was doing on my house. After I showed him the cracks in the grout he said it would be no problem and would come back to take care of it. Never heard back and phone calls/texts were ignored. I ended up filling the cracks on my own. Would have been 5 stars had he just come back"

The workers were all wonderful, very polite and respectful, and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. They used drop cloths to protect the flooring. They wore masks all day. They worked on the job every day until it was done. The end result is gorgeous and the reflects quality work. I will call them again for my kitchen remodel and another bathroom remodel.
