"Anton promptly responded to my Angie's List message, and scheduled an appointment to see what installing the 2 exhaust fans would entail. He quickly assessed that the exhaust ducts would be routed through the attic and the vents would have to penetrate the roof. He had concerns because it was winter and we were experiencing very bad weather. Anton did not want to risk penetrating the roof and advised the job be done in the Spring. I really appreciated his concern. Once Spring arrived, I called him back to do the job. In addition, I asked that he install 2 exterior doors, their frames, and their locks. The exhaust fan install went smoothly. They were installed and all works as expected. Replacing the doors was a bit more involved. Since I own a home that's almost 100 years old, I wasn't surprised that he found a problem once he removed one of the frames. This area is exposed to the elements, and the frame that was removed was really rotted. Anton recommended removal of all the rotted wood, and reconstructing that area to better support the new door, and it would help prevent water from causing more damage. It cost a little more, but I'd rather spend a bit more for work that's done properly, than take a short cut and ignore a problem that can cause more damage in the long run, so I agreed. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the area under the sill. Once that was completed, the door went it and looks great. The second door by my porch had less rot, but still required some reconstruction. Anton ensured the doors worked flawlessly. He also ensured that the old interior door molding was not damaged in the process and that it was reinstalled properly. They worked very hard to get the work done just right. I like that Anton explains everything, and that he is so detailed. I'll definitely call him for my next project."

"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"Sean and his team worked with my cousin on a project at his property. I was very impressed with their work and my cousin was very happy with the way that the company and the team handled themselves. Once we knew that Sean and his team were available, we contacted RIJI Home improvements and Handywork and hired them for our home remodel and kitchen extension. Customer service was fantastic. Our team included an architect and two designers, in addition to a remodeling crew who performed the work. We had to obtain permits before we could start with the work This took some time, but RIJI Home improvements and Handywork took care of that for us which was nice. Sean was a real professional. He and the remodeling crew started working at our home shortly after we received the permit. During the work, It felt like everything was in order and everyone knew what they were doing. In addition, Sean kept us in the loop of things. All our questions were always promptly addressed, and he was totally there whenever needed. Staying within the project timeline was a bit of an issue. This wasn't a typical home remodel, but the project took longer than we originally planned. This might be because of COVID or the fact that the remodeling team were very detailed. When thinking back on the entire process and considering the quality of work and the beautiful results, RIJI Home improvements and Handywork gave us a 5-star experience. "General contractor was very knowledgeable and comforting.I had a hot water pipe burst under my home and had to have mitigation and remodeling done in 4 rooms. It took about 21/2 wks.His workers really knew there job. I tried other companies and never got a call back !mr. Andrew Rodriguez, the general contractor immediately called back and started work the next day.He's been doing this for 40 years and I highly recommend him and his company."

"I have worked with Gerson and his team for more than 10 years on many different projects. My house is over 100 years old and the electrical wiring needed to be totally replaced. The walls were mostly plaster and Gerson was able to patch and skim coat annd paint all the walls in my 5. Bedroom center hall colonial style 4 story home. He was always on time and left the space each day clean and usable while the electrician moved from room to room. During this long project Gerson was able to do extra work, such as renovate the bathroom with new tub/toilet and tiled the walls and floor, install 12 new interior doors and 10 new windows, install LVT throughout the finished basement, install new cement window wells outside, replaced the flagstone on the back stoop and Sheetrock on the inside of the garage. He is very skilled in all areas of construction and was wonderful to work with. I would hire him for any future job I need. One before phot and 2 after photos"

"Danny and his team did a great job, were very friendly, and finished on time as promised. In addition to built-ins in the living room, we also had radiator covers and baseboard installed. The built-ins and radiator covers were completely custom and Danny and his carpenter, Jaime, were great in providing recommendations for both functionality and styling as well. We were especially thankful when we ran into an issue with the baseboard. Unfortunately, the baseboard we selected did not cover the cork in all places. With over 80% of the baseboard installed (including moving and returning all furniture), Danny offered to install shoe molding which would cover the exposed cork. A change like this certainly would have been an opportunity to get additional money out of us, but Danny offered to install at cost which was just a couple hundred dollars in more than the originally quoted price. We would definitely recommend Danny, Jaime, and his entire team to anyone looking for quality work."
