We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! The work did take a little while to get started but when the lead times for the materials was up, they came in swinging hammers and had the job got done quickly. My family and I love the work done. We are proud to finally show off our house interior. Nick and his crew went above and beyond with excellent final touches too. We shopped around chose Nick and he really came through on his promises. There were some delays of course, but only because of underlying issues like the rotten header that needed immediate attention. Going with this contractor will pay off in the end. These guys are not "handy men". The work done is excellent. Nicks team was professional and had a sense of urgency that we appreciated. I would suggest looking no further and hiring his honest crew to take care of your home remodel."

"I highly recommend Mike and Loft Remodeling. Mike contacted me after I had been told by 2 other companies that it was too late in the year (October) to have new windows created in my family room. I had disappointedly decided to postpone my plan until spring and was so happy that Mike did the job, beautifully, within weeks. Mike created new windows in the family room, previously a very dark space, well in advance of the Holidays. Mike was also very accommodating when I asked about an additional, outdoor job which consisted of moving a fence to allow me to let my dog in and out from the attached garage, another project I had been told would have to wait. Now with the snow and messy weather it is so great to be able to spare my family room floor. The projects were done with minimal disruption to the household, were affordable, and I appreciated that Mike respected Covid precautions in and around my home. I will definitely be calling upon him again as I think of future projects."
