The second condo was an extensive complete remodel) I have worked with many contractors from remodels to complete custom home builds - Top Home Construction has been one of my very favorites bc of their ability and willingness to stay working on the job (not continually putting me on the back burner), and their level of communication. We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. They were very creative in bathroom remodel and made it better than my previous plans. I would absolutely hire them again, and I'll use them when I need them in the future. I've already recommended them to our realtor."

And their regular team (for us it was JP and Courtney along w Jake and Ron) are Outstanding!! We had two bathrooms completely remodeled this Spring....and because of the unforeseen shut down, they did this without us being around as we d planned. They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their workmanship is excellent! There were no surprises w the cost or the timing. They used FaceTime to call us and show us work in progress. And the end result on both bathrooms (plus painting of adjoining bedrooms) was superb! "Chris Penar did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. He exceeded my expectations! He had to gut my entire kitchen in the condo and install new cabinets. Move some appliances around, add granite countertop & backsplash and also put a new flooring in my kitchen hall and laundry laundry room. I’ve also had him hang cabinets in my laundry room and he’s always does things with perfection. West Shore Home does excellent work and provides a lifetime warranty on their work. It is expensive but at least they stand behind it forever."

They were willing to make multiple trips to the condo to Face time what needed to get done or if there were any problems They regularly sent pictures and texts with updates on the project so we always felt like we knew what was going on and what the time table was. The small job (constructing a step and laying concrete additional attached to a small patio). The job was completed promptly and a guarantee of a return to do the driveway.
