"John was very professional and cleaned up afterwards give that man a taise"

"We removed part of a wall by an enclosed stairwell to open up our floor plan. My husband patched remaining walls with sheetrock and let's just say hubby is great at a lot of things; sheetrock work ain't one of them (love you baby!). So I called in a professional to finish the work.
Malcolm contacted me quickly to set an appointment and followed-up to confirm the appointment the day before. He arrived right on time and had everything he might need to work on the house - a very professional setup. He was courteous and did an amazing job of keeping things clean and tidy while he worked.
I highly recommend Zeringue's Construction and Remodeling. My project was a small one but I would feel totally confident hiring Malcolm and his team for any renovations or remodeling around my home. I'm already talking to him about a couple other projects.

"We are so satisfied with the work and the two men that completed our backsplash in our kitchen, this work is truly professional and my wife and I are 100% satisfied, I will be using them for more projects in the very near future??"

"Timmy was great! Punctual and professional. Gave his input when I was uncertain on parts of the remodel. Definitely hire again."

"Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."
