Chris, Allyson, and everyone else that participated in the project exceeded our expectations. Initially, Chris and Allyson came out to look over the space and understand what we were looking to have done. They listened carefully and advised on what other items to consider. More importantly, Chris advised against certain additional work that other contractors had recommended, even though these additions would result in a higher cost for the project, as he knew the finished result would not meet our expectations. I am very happy that I listened to him. The quote was very detailed and he went over all aspects of the project beforehand to ensure that we were on the same page. The work was initiated on the exact day that he said it would and proceeded at a swift pace. We were able to visit his supplier's showroom to choose from a vast selection of materials. He has a wealth of construction knowledge across many areas and was able to answer all of our questions during each phase of the project. Communication was top-notch! He would touch base with us before and after any work was performed to make sure that it was to our liking and give details on the timing of the next step. "I was very satisfied with the end result, however, the process of getting the project scheduled was a nightmare.  It was almost two months from the date we went to contract, with a significant deposit, to the beginning of the actual work.   The most troublesome issue  was that I was not contacted by anyone from Digorgio to keep me informed about scheduling.  Granted, it was a rainy time and much of their work had to be postponed.  That is totally understandable and acceptable.  However, weeks went by without any attempt to inform me of the delay of this project.  To add insult and frustration to injury, I contacted them at least 3 times and was spoken to in a very rude manner or was never called back.   The roofers were professional, unlike the management, they did a very good job.   The Leaf Guard installers were a different story.  They were rushed, rude and left a mess.  DiGorgio did get them to come back and clean up.   Overall, it was a trying process and the inspector at the end of the job was apologetic and professional.   I would probably use them in the future but I would NOT accept any nonsense.  Live and learn.
