"Day one the expectation of the job was misrepresented to the staff. The GM showed up to my house during the measuring process and express visible disdain for me when he found out that the project did not include labor etc... Upon a future visit to the showroom he pulled a designer out of a meeting with me to discuss that I had used up all of my design time and they needed to wrap up the process. Perhaps they should test the thickness of their office walls before having such conversation. I would also like to add that at no point was it communicated with me how much time I had already used or that I was nearing the end of the time allocated in the bid. Prior to making payment for design services I was contacted numerous times to see if I was satisfied with the help I was receiving only to have to tell them I had not yet had my appointment and couldn't speak to a service level. After the appointment a standard of two weeks would go by between contact even when I would reach out for status/information. Lastly there appears to be only one employee there that can call me by name. I have been called Liz or Lynn verbally or in emails (neither of which is my name). I am quite sure the level of service they give is equal to the amount being spent. I am quite soured on the experience as a whole and I am honestly not sure how to proceed as I will need to start over from scratch possibly with a new designer."
