"We hired Booher to remodel two upstairs bathrooms in our home this summer. The end result looks very nice, and the process went pretty smoothly. We had remodeled our master bath a few years back, NOT with this company, and it was nothing short of a disaster, so we were nervous about tackling another project. This company is very organized and uses several sub-contractors, and needless to say this was a much better experience! The organization makes the project go smoothly, and their experience was apparent. The process took about six months from the very first estimate until the final result. Everything is picked out and ordered ahead of time; the work does not start until everything is ready, to avoid weeklong delays waiting for products to come in or pick the items out. There were a few minor glitches, but those were taken care of without a problem. There are also no surprises - if something is changed from the original you are informed and sign for it, there are no surprise expenses just given at the end. That has not always been the case for us. The employees are nice to work with, and were patient with several novice questions we had. Our project coordinator was great, he kept us informed and kept the project moving. One tip when remodeling is stay on top of the project, read the fine print and check the work everyday to make sure things are getting done the way you want it. Do not assume anything. There is no perfect remodel, but this was a much better experience than the last company and we would hire Booher again. Thank you!"

"We considered for a very long time on when we would remodel our kitchen. At last, the time came to decide on a contractor to do the work. Wendell checked out the reviews on Home Adviser and decided on a couple to check out. We were impressed with Yesteryearâ s reviews, and Andy Kopanskiâ s presentation. His price was within our budget (unlike the second proposal from another company). We did not realize with covid there are several challenges with the delays in shipments for cabinets and other supplies. We are so glad we hired Andy and his crew (Brian and Chris)! Andy always had a good attitude (even with all the additional challenges) and did all he could to make it easier on us. He and his crew were always respectful of our home and us. Communication was constant and timely, all questions answered and lists checked off. Their effort to keep down the dust and dirt made life much better for us. Yesteryear did extra tasks to keep the project moving when supplies were not delivered on time. Good planning, good work, which resulted in a good project. "Great work when it is done right, but some mistakes should not be made. To completely frame the whole build crooked and have to tear down and rebuild is ridiculous. I am still dealing with water leak issues from the build. There were other projects i had planned for them, but I have had a change of heart."

"We love our deck extension! They were able to add on to our existing deck and took on a huge project to extend it 50ft across! Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! Not only do we love the deck, but the work is high quality and they are all very hardworking individuals! We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them!"
