"Back room looks beautiful! During demo, room was sealed off from rest of the house to keep dust and debris contained. Tom and Eric always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."

"My wife and I learned about Moylan Contracting because of the work they were doing on another house down the street. We noticed they kept an incredibly clean site, and were very friendly when we said hello on walks, so we called for a quote on a kitchen remodel we wanted done. John came over and we were immediately impressed. You could tell he had a lot of experience as he talked us through different design options and listened to our goals for the project. After some consideration we moved forward with his team and are very happy we did. John did a great job keeping us up to date throughout the project. His team stayed on schedule and on budget (except for the additions we added to the scope) and checked in with us constantly about expectations, when we needed to select countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, etc. John would also take our call to talk through any of our questions or concerns during construction, regardless of time of day. Even after the job was complete, John still honors his work. We have called him for some final “touch ups” and he’s happy to come back. Moylan Contracting has pride in their work and it shows. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. We collected a number of tasks for him to repair, including: Rot in the front door frame, diagnosing some leakage issues that we had in the basement, repairing additional exterior rot and repairing / cleaning our dryer vent. As always, Bob handled them methodically and exceptionally. Great quality of work which also successfully stopped the leaks in our basement. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat"
