"The workers were great. Prompt, worked the entire time, very conscious of not dirtying up the house. My problems came after the majority of the work was done and the workers were gone. The painter was horrible and someone had to come back out twice. The third one came and fixed the problems. He apologized profusely for the shoddy work. Had a really hard time getting answers and a scheduled time for someone to come out."

"They came out immediately after I called them. I had purchased a "big deal", but the size of the two decks exceeded the price. The additional cost was minimal, and I thought fair. One of the decks was high above the ground and could not be reached without going through the house. With no prompting on my part, they said they would use a ladder to gain access to the upper deck because they did not want to bring any of the equipment through the house. They power washed the first day and came back the second day to apply the stain. The work they did was excellent, and I will gladly use them again."
