"I contracted Tristar Avenue to do a full kitchen remodel, replace all flooring in my home, install some rails, and paint some walls. TJ Burk (the Owner) and his team were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. In the beginning I was very unsure of the exact work I wanted done. TJ took a consultative approach and listened to what I wanted and even helped make suggestions on what would be possible and look best in the space. He provided multiple quotes so that I had options to decide on a budget that I felt most comfortable with. He was patient while I went back and forth with my bank on funds, he provided resources and advice during the selection process, and once the project began I had a clear understanding of the schedule and was updated often on progress. His in house contractor who was at my house for the majority of the remodel is top knotch. He was polite, professional, friendly, and just a beast of a worker. He got things done in a timely fashion and he paid attention to details (so much so the outcome far exceeded my expectations.) I encountered many subs throughout the process (cabinet installers, appliance installers, plumbers, a team who installed the rails, and final cleaners). Each one was just as good as the last - they were all prompt, professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. The thing about Tristar Avenue that sets them apart from any other contractor Iâ ve ever encountered is their determination to go above and beyond for their clients. Just one example of this is at some point nearing the end of the project some jerk hit my mailbox - this was not one of the contractors and had absolutely nothing to do with Tristar Avenue. On the last day TJ sent his guys out with a new mailbox that he bought and had them set it up for me because he knew I was having people in town that weekend and he said â first impressions are important.â I know it can be scary hiring a contractor especially for larger projects, but I can assure you youâ re in great hands with this team. 20/10 would recommend and absolutely will be using them again for all future projects!"

"It was great. They were on time for the consultation. He had samples large enough to really see the different colors. He was really organized and was able to place the samples over our existing counters and it was easy to see what would look best. After picking the one we wanted they came back one week later to make a template. Two weeks after that they came out and got everything set. They look great and you would never know they cover the old counters."

"I have been extremely satisfied with this company. The supervisor is outstanding. He is honest, prompt and a good communicator. In 2017 they did some major repair work by replacing replacing wood in the eaves and paneling on the second floor of my house which is wood outside and was built in the early 1970s. They also painted the entire outside of the house. Since then I have used them for home improvements such as bathroom remodeling, replacing a window and wood frame, putting in a drain in the back yard and work in the kitchen replacing stove hood. The work is first class, the crew is courteous and efficient. They do a lot of different types of work on a house and I am very fortunate to have found them and would highly recommend them to you."

He found out that I had a leak under the toilet, which had been an ongoing problem, that no one was aware of. "Tre and his team are a joy to work with. This was a complete first floor remodel over $100K job with heavy water damage. They redid the entire kitchen including moving walls and completely custom cabinets with the best looking granite ever. He handled all aspects and his subs and suppliers were great. He moved the wood-burning fireplace and chimney in the living room with custom built-ins, mantle and stone work, including completely custom fire wood holders. We made many changes and his guys were never flustered by it, but actually liked the chance to bring their creativity to the job They came up with some wonderful custom modifications that added the â  next levelâ  feel. And, changes were mostly included in the price. The few that were not, were reasonably priced. He also remodeled the master bath and did a very creative install of multi section mirror/cabinet on a wall with a pocket door. And the floors, AMAZING FLOORS! The repaired, sanded and beautifully restained the entire white oak first floor. I was there when his team was working and they had great care and passion for their work and it shows. I have never had this much trust in the intention of and capability of a contractor or had this much fun working with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM ESPECIALLY FOR COMPLEX, BIG JOBS."
