"Redman Construction is wonderful. We had some work done by them last summer and fall and it all went so well, that we had no other contractor in mind. The quality of work (on our 1774 home!) is excellent, the subcontractors arrive on time, are polite, professional and extremely neat, cleaning up at the end of every day. My husband is very particular, understanding a lot about our old home and what it needs, and he is always satisfied with the details, methods and materials that Joe and Jim use. They are a wonder to work with! We had roofing, carpentry and plastering subs, and all were topnotch. You may wait for them a bit longer than some others, but I will tell you that it is WELL worth the wait. We know that our house is solid and secure from the elements and the work done last year proved to be airtight through the winter. I should mention that communication is their easy and prompt. - both phone and email."

We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. "Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."
