We also trusted them enough to leave them to work on the project while we left for a beach vacation. They worked for us on a bathroom remodeling project that included building a new shower in our previous house. It was so successfully that we hired them later to do a large 1700 sq ft tiling project in our new home. The project included installing heating elements under the tile, laying new tile, installing trim and some wall modifications. We would definitely hire them for a future project."

And we appreciated his advice considering he's done around 500 bathroom remodels, so he knows what looks good. He was available day and night, at any time, via text, phone, or email. It really felt like the VIP, red carpet treatment that we hoped for. He was punctual every day, communicated transparently about pricing and costs, and talked with us daily about options we were considering. He carefully protected all the flooring and stairs between the front door and the upstairs bathroom so that it wouldn't get dinged or dirty during the job. He helped us pick new marble countertops, ordered new doors, painted them, and even painted the walls for us. I don't think there's anything he CAN'T do. We are SO happy we found Eric Vanderlip, and we'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time for the next project. If I could give him a 12 out of 10, I would!"

"Joe did a solid job of removing over 100 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation and another 200 sq ft of asbestos linoleum from my 100-year old house. Professional, fair price (consistent with other bids), and much more flexible on scheduling right away. He's a bit casual in communications and invoicing. I had to ask for the following asbestos lab reports. But I was more than happy that he could take care of all this on short notice."

I had a complete bathroom remodel after a water leak and they even did outside stair replacement with handrails to my front door. This company went above and beyond on their customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."
