"Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. You’ll never be disappointed. He doesn’t change the price on you mid project and he’s very reliable and always finishes when he says he will."

"This is the second project that we have hired JAW Construction for and we are very happy with how our remodel turned out. As this was a major kitchen, dining and living room remodel, which meant we were not going to be able to be in those rooms during the construction, John and I worked on the timeline to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Before the project started, Mark from Amcraft Cabinets came out and measured and talked with us to determine how best to use the space. We came up with several cool options including a pull out spice rack and a lift for my mixer. Once the project began, John, Brian, the electricians Clint, Christian and Tyler and the plumber Mike were always on time, friendly, always available for questions and cleaned up after themselves. John estimated that the project would take six weeks and it ended up taking five weeks! While it was not fun to be without a kitchen, we are so happy with how it turned out, it made it all worth it. Everyone that has seen our remodeled areas or pictures of them are very impressed. I highly recommend hiring JAW Construction and we are already planning our next project with John."

"There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors.
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

I found Jay?s pricing to be more than competitive and his input and
options to be rock solid.  He was easy to work and his constant
communication on the project was refreshing.  He was on the job site or
involved with the work underway on a daily basis.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jay Bemis to anyone considering a
construction or renovation project; you simply can not do better."

"I am so pleased with the bathroom remodel! Ron looks over everything with great detail. He knows what works and what doesn't. Keeps a timely schedule so you know what is happening and when, plus keeps you informed as the project is being completed. No surprises and is very budget conscious. I strongly recommend getting a quote from R3J when choosing your next home project. R#J will not disappoint you."

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."

"This was the third time we have hired Stellar and I can say they certainly did a wonderful job once again! They are so considerate and efficient. Hard workers and go above and beyond to please the customer. Very patient especially when I decided to extend the flooring. They are now the company I will always call for all my needs. Micah is a great listener and will make suggestions if needed to help with your decisions and understanding of your products you have chosen. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants quality service at affordable prices. Margarita Maeder Troutdale OR"

"My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the â go ahead.â We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work. Our oak floors, granite and glass tile turned our condo into a showplace. The workmanship is superb! Without exception, the employees and sub-contractors were polite, skilled, and each demonstrated a strong work ethic I highly recommend Paliy Construction for any build or remodel. Should the need arise, we will be calling upon them again! Karen Camas, WA"

"Excellent! Good recommendations, attention to little details, work performed on schedule. The absolute best, professional 3-man crew - anybody would enjoy having them doing remodel work in your house while you were in the home."

"Paul did an excellent job. He showed up on time , confirmed with me exactly the work he would be doing. Paul had the job done under the time that he thought it would take him to complete. I would have zero hesitation to hire him again in addition to recommending him to others. Outstanding job Paul!"

"John and A&C Innovative Contractors did an outstanding job, from our initial meeting to the final walkthrough, and all the steps in between. John saw our vision, and with his exemplary team, brought it to completion. Our project was completed quickly, professionally, and even better than we had envisioned it. We have additional projects and plan to definitely work with John at A&C Innovative Contractors again soon."
