"We are now able to enjoy our old master bathroom every day thanks to Top Remodeling. Ben and Dave proposed that we expand the bathroom by reclaiming space from a sitting area that we rarely used. They took care of the plumbing, tile, and framing. The completed area features a freestanding tub, a walk-in shower, and a handmade vanity built from reclaimed wood. Additionally, they installed heated flooring, which were well worth the investment. Their attention to detail, such as neat tile lines and expertly executed installations, was what we found most admirable. They made the procedure easy for us, even though it was a major job. The work has impressed us."

"We needed to replace a Peachtree hinged patio door that provides access to our walk out basement. We have used AES for 5 remodeling projects over the past 5 years and they have always done excellent work. So, I called Dave Hill, our salesman at AES. Dave came out to the house promptly to take a look at the door and give us an estimate. He recommended a ProVia door as the best value. Mark, their door installer, came out to take measurements. The door was delivered to the house and Mark came out to do the install. The original door was a non-standard size and an unusual install. The only way the new door was going to fit was if they removed the inside drywall, floor tile and vinyl floor around the door, installed the door and then replaced everything. Mark was willing and able to do the work but after more discussion we agreed that the job was getting out of hand. AES ordered a seconds door (at no cost to us) that could be installed from the outside. Mark came out a second time and installed the door in about 5 hours. The new door fits perfectly. The inside finishing work looks great and the outside is well sealed and looks great."

"I've been pleased with previous jobs they've done for me.  And I am pleased with this one.  There were a few minor issues relating to my old house not being square, but they solved the problem quickly and got on with the job.  I am quite pleased with their attention to detail and finish work.  The new doors do not have the character that the old (original) dutch doors did, but they also do not leak like a sieve.  The new doors were an upgrade to fiberglass that Dimitri's knowledge of the product encouraged me to make from steel and I am very happy with the products they chose.  While they were here, I asked them to switch the doorknob from the old kitchen door to the basement and they did that.  At my request, they also took a look at my roof (I'd been told it had 5-7 years when we bought the house, 7 years ago) and told me that it did not need to be replaced anytime soon.  They do good work and are honest and trustworthy.  I highly recommend them.

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without.
