Roy came to my home to give me an estimate, describe the whole process, and was very clear and concise in his explanations. We also needed a double vanity in our bathroom which he custom built for us. When they were done with the vanity, painting, and the cabinets, we decided to get the same countertops that they guys used in the bathroom for our kitchen and redo the backsplash as well.
