"Lilco has done numerous jobs here to our Satisfaction. Owner is honest, knowledgeable about various home construction projects and easy to work with. Bring your own vision or let him help you bring a general goal/vision to life. He’s been able to help me troubleshoot with success."

"Very very satisfied with not only the quality of work done, but the flexibility in also do some minor additional items (repair of undercounter light and replacement of a high hat light fixture at the same time). Did a great job on the lateral file cabinet support replacements, which was the main job."

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."

"He added a concrete sub floor to lengthen the quality of his work--I really appreciated that."

"There are not enough great things I can share about HammerTime Construction, and every single member of their team. From consultation to project completion, the high level of professionalism, expertise, SKILL, attention to detail, and superior craftsmanship was exemplary! We contacted William via Angi (blindly!) in hopes of helping my elderly parents restore their kitchen, and he agreed to come by that same day - a weekend- to do an assessment, and provide a quote. He assured us he'd work within our budget, and he stuck to his word. We were in constant contact for everything from project concept to contract to which materials we'd be selecting. Our expectations were surpassed 10-fold!! Hire them. Just look at the photos! Our parents' home was completely transformed in the best possible way. It will now be a source of pride and an enjoyable gathering space for all who visit. On top of the kitchen remodel, they also restored our hardwood floors to a beautiful state we didn't even know was possible. Miguel, Ignacio and the entire team were speedy, efficient and completely caring as though this were their own family's home. We will be returning to this company for future projects, and we recommend them with zero hesitation!!"

"I highly recommend Al and his team at Floor Installations Inc. They laid a new hardwood floor in my kitchen and refinished the hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, hallway and stairs. He responded quickly to my request and completed the job to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt, courteous and addressed all my needs. I was hesitant to pull up my rugs and refinish my floors but I’m so glad I did. They look absolutely amazing. Thanks to Al and his team!!"

"ASC did an absolutely brilliant job on my bathroom remodel - very professional, neat, respectful of the space and communicative. The bathroom looks terrific! Highly recommend!"

"I hired Elson and his team for a bathroom remodel of my mother’s home. They did a fabulous job. He was very communicative during the entire process and the cost was reasonable. I need to renovate my mother’s kitchen and will definitely call them again."

"Frank s service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. He gave me an estimate and the final bill was exactly what he said. He did not tack on charges for little add ons like I have heard that many contractors do. Frank and his employees were pleasant and went out of their way to leave the area being worked on clean when they left. He began the project on the day he said and completed the work in a timely manner. He was helpful in helping me choose materials. I couldn t be more pleased with the quality of his work down to the smallest details. My only regret is that I don t have another bathroom to remodel."

"We had both of our bathrooms remodeled this past year. We really love what they did. The staff is professional and friendly. Easy to deal with. Customer Service was very responsive."
