"The work took much longer than expected (4 months) and we ran right down to the max on what our home owner's insurance would allow for us to be put up in a hotel. D & R worked to fit us in around a lot of other jobs and this made it difficult to get much done quickly or more than 1-day per week of work in. One subcontractor was unprofessional and refused to do work he had agreed to causing us a 3-week delay. D & R was open with communication of setbacks or concerns, which we appreciated, and eventually replaced the subcontractor. Overall I am happy with the work. Some small details might be improved in the finish work. For example, there are some small lumps in some drywall patches that the painters might have finished better and one section of ceiling paint that did not match the rest of the ceiling. The flooring was replaced on the entire second floor (apx. 800 sq feet) and they did a great job with this especially considering they had all the furniture to contend with while they did the work. They provide a guarantee for a year for their work. The owner is responsive to contacts and pleasant. I would hire them again."

"Curtice Group to the rescue! This was our second project with the Scott, Eric, and crew after they did our amazing kitchen remodel. We needed our basement bathroom fixed after a previous contractor back-pitched all the piping. I truly can't say enough good things about them: they were transparent with pricing, extremely communicative about what work would happen when, and efficient! "Bob Phalan has done many projects for me over the past four years. Some have been very small and straightforward (replacing weatherstripping, hanging pictures, fixing light fixtures, etc.). Others have been large (painting an entire condo, for example.). But what really distinguishes Bob's work from that of others is his ability to apply his ingenuity when a solution is not obvious. For example, he had to figure out how to construct enhancements to the exterior of my home to prevent insect penetration and nesting of birds in circumstances where there was no "off the shelf" solution available and his original creations have been quite successful. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with. He is definitely my "go-to" guy for all sorts of handyman work."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. He and his crew came punctually and on the schedule that Antonio had laid out for us.  They were meticulous in their clean-up as well.

"We were very happy with the price, product, and process that DiOrio delivered for our project. We had a fairly extensive remodel that required a near demo of our second floor in addition to a complete bathroom remodel with an extended floor plan. Derek & James estimated 2 months for the project and they hit that within about a week, which was appreciated because I know these projects can drag and we were temporarily living offsite. James did most of the work on our project, with support from others as needed. He's a talented carpenter with broad knowledge and good attention to detail. Communication throughout was truly excellent, which is also extremely important for a project with lots of moving parts. Construction projects are typically not typically "fun" but these guys are highly skilled and they work fast. Go in with a clear idea of what you want, realistic expectations (especially if you have an older hours), stay organised, and you will be very happy with result.
