"We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. Or provided overpriced estimates. We were starting to worry...and then we found Arta Construction. We knew instantly we found an honorable, experienced and professional company. Andy is someone who you can shake hands with and know he is going to get the job done. The fit, finish, quality and attention to details were amazing. The heavy doors and special additions to our pre war apartment had a lot of tricky challenges to overcome - uneven floors, leaky windows and radiators - Andy and Arta had a smart solution to any problem and the end result was beautiful. We have a brand new and updated "old detailed" apartment. It is a dream come true. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"I just want to Start off saying when you deal with Norman from Homecraft Remodeling Corp you are dealing with a TOP NOTCH Highly Professional Company. I had a Bathroom done (2)+ years ago that came out AMAZING. Everything from Start to finish went so smoothly. But then I had two issues with Loose Towel Rod & Leaky Faucet. I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks. I was Amazed how well Towel Rod was repaired & New faucet was installed. All work completed again by highly professional & Neat Workers & Free Of Charge. Who does that anymore, probably no one. That's UNREAL!! THANKS AGAIN NORM."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. We were simultaneously getting estimates from siding companies for our entire home and 2 garages. From our first meeting with Rob, we knew that he was the man for BOTH jobs. He continued to meet with us at least 3 more times before his start date on 9/21. During these meetings, Rob reviewed potential problems as well as made sensible and affordable design recommendations aligned with our vision for the space and our family needs. This was the first major home renovation for us since owning our home and we needed someone knowledgeable, skilled, patient, loyal, dog-friendly and most importantly, someone who valued our money and how/where it was spent as much as we did. Rob delivered on all accounts! We can honestly say that he went ABOVE and beyond from day 1. Rob and his crew fully gutted our basement, installed a gorgeous kitchen, renovated a bathroom, and installed new flooring throughout the space. Our basement is now a show stopper! Not only did his work increase our home overall value, it also increased our living space and we will benefit from the skilled workmanship and smart choices he made along the way with our family in mind for years to come. We undoubtedly made the right choice when we hired his company and, without knowing it, also made a great friend. His work ethic and meticulous nature are very rare gems in the construction industry. Do yourself and your hard-earned money a favor and give him a call!"

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"I cannot say enough good things about Classic Remodeling! They recently completed a major project at my house—replacing the siding, fascia, and gutters—and the transformation is absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. They didn't just fix up the exterior; they made my house look like a completely different home. The curb appeal is amazing now, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. If you are looking for an honest, skilled remodeling company that delivers outstanding results, look no further. Thank you, Classic Remodeling, for a job beautifully done!"

"JBL Home Improvements did a beautiful job remodeling our master bedroom! Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, reliable, neat, trustworthy, and very easy to communicate and collaborate with! JBL had great design ideas and recommendations and helped us each step along the way of our remodel. Our experience was amazing and I would highly recommend JBL."

"Blue Line Remodeling is truly one of a kind. As a holiday gift, I surprised my parents with a remodel of their two bathrooms and kitchen while they were out of the country. Bill, the owner, responded with a next-day consult, and despite a tight 3.5-week deadline, "Operation Secret Remodeling" was underway. Bill expertly guided the material selection, organized his amazing team (shoutout to Mike and Jose!), and kept everything on schedule. I even added flooring and 12+ new doors! Despite the extra work, they delivered on time, and the custom tiling in the kitchen was stunning. Bill and his team worked late nights and weekends to make sure everything was perfect. When my parents returned, they were in tears seeing their beautifully renovated home. I can’t recommend Blue Line Remodeling enough for their creativity, organization, and attention to detail. Thank you, Bill and team, for making this project unforgettable!"
