While we did go a little over budget, the choices we made improved the original plan and were lifestyle design decisions. Basement remodels are no short-term project. Over the several months and different phases, Chris's crew was polite, on-time, and maintained a clean environment. My son even grew a fondness for Chris, giving him hugs when he'd arrive and missing him when the project was complete. We are thrilled with our new basement. "DAVID IS AMAZING ! I have a 10 foot long closet that i tried fixing myself 3 times and it was a nightmare that wouldnâ  t end my clothes were all on the ground and my room was a mess ! Nobody would take the job and if they were willing to hear my story their price was astronomical. I called the cleaners and builders and David and i agreed on a fair price and picked a day for him to get started working on the closet, his flexibility was perfect for my schedule. He put the closet up extremely professional and was nice and upfront about the whole process it was extremely hard to find an honest handyman and let me tell you for now on heâ  s my guy ! Also as a bonus after the job was done he followed up came back to check if everything was good and also refunded me the amount from the materials that were refundable after the job was done. 10/10 in my book ! He set up a time between our schedules to build my spiral staircase and replace a window with a vent. He arrived on time and completed the job beyond my satisfacon. "Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."
