They were totally true to their financial contract, even when unexpected, added modifications were needed.
Were we to identify MCA's growing edge, it would be improved communication and more focus on continuity to begin and finish in a slightly more timely manner.
We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing.
It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.
There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.

"My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. "They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."
