Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!"

Another separating characteristic of Dave Richards Home Improvement is that they have different crews for the different phases. Week 1...Flavio came out an did all the framing. Week 2...Mikey, Ashley and Brian came out to do plumbing/electrical/insulation. Week 3...Drywall crew came out to hang/patch/sand. Week 4 & 5...Flooring crew lays LVP/molding and Mikey's crew paints/finishing fixtures. Needless to say they are super efficient and flexible with our needs. The project was completed and exceeded our expectations...with the bonus being that our space was useable prior family guests coming for Christmas.
