"Mark and his crew did a great job on our 4 seasons room. We needed extra space and they did quality, professional work at a competitive price. Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!"

"Tony was prompt and efficient. He completed everything on the list in good time, and left the place clean. We will have him do additional work."

"Remodeled upstairs bedrooms and basement to create more open spaces. Bruce and Dave are personable, knowledgeable and ensure quality work is done. I especially like to thank Flavio, Mike, and Milton for their workmanship. The drywall crew was great as well."

"I hired Dave Richards Home Improvement for a basement remodel and loft conversion. Dave and Bruce are very personable. The contractors that came to work on the projects were very courteous and friendly. Once they show up, they just go about their business. I'm very happy with the end results and would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Very professional people to work with. Remodel went great and I am very happy with the result. There were no delays and project was done on time as communicated."

"Chris did an excellent job adding a beautiful bedroom to a part of my garage. I i got four estimates for my project and CCKA was by far the best. He thought of everything the bedroom would need and got the job done expertly. It is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I requested he come back to do stairs renovation when he gets time in his schedule. I highly recommend CCKA Enterprises for any project you have. He is customer oriented and easy to work with. Awesome job!"
