"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"David does quality work, communicates well, and keeps to schedule and budget. Reliable, conscientious and a nice guy too. I highly recommend his work; the remodels on my 2 bathrooms couldn't have been smoother. I am ecstatic with the finished product, my bathrooms are wonderful."

"I had the pleasure of working again with Dave and Northcreek Construction. They built an awesome 10x8 shed with a ramp to ride by bike up into it. Dave's communication is wonderful and he really builds confidence in his projects."

"We had a tub to tub and also a tub to walk-in shower remodel done by Domingo & Andy and Colton & Tyler, respectively. They were a delight to work with and very efficient in their work. We could not be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland. Thank you!!!"

"It went really well. This is our fourth time working with them. Their guys work hard and do a good job. Leo was helpful in planning out our renovation and working with us to get a curb less shower installed for my elderly parents."

"Craigan and Oscar did an amazing job. They have a great system. They remodeled our Master Bathroom and 1/2 bath. We are having them back to do the other bathroom in 2 weeks. Looks beautiful!"

"Javier and his team did an excellent job soundproofing two walls in my condominium. He communicated with me every step of the way. We worked together to find the perfect solution, as to stay within my budget. The quality of work and care he showed to my home during this remodel exceeded my expectations. The job was completed quickly and the clean up was exceptional. I am thrilled to be enjoying a peaceful quiet home. I am so grateful. I would highly recommend MIG Garci Construction!"

"Tony has now helped with two of my personal remodel projects. He's done everything from structural beams, framing, entire bathrooms, to architectural carpentry & woodworking. He's efficient and bring solutions rather than "problems". Worth every $ and will hire again."

"Busy contractor who really puts in effort to make the job "just right" that the customer wants. Friendly, fair priced, great input and feedback. Cleaned up well. Local to Columbia County. (Important To me.) Will hire again."
