"Moran and the crew did an excellent job in our kitchen renovation. We had to tear up part of a wall, put up drywall in another section, replace the floor, replace all cabinets and counter top, move some appliances, install a tile backsplash and build a pantry. We had worked with Moran in the past and gave us some tips to select the materials and set up the design. We had some custom features in our final design that created some issues for the installation (e.g. to level the wall cabinets and the pantry), and they came up with creative solutions to make it work. At one point we had a misunderstanding about placement of some cabinets, and they removed them and reinstalled them without extra charges and always with great attitude. The work looks great, the price was reasonable and we are very pleased with the results. We are thinking about other ideas and we'll be sure to call Vered Renovations when we are ready."

"I started looking for someone that could complete my unfinished basement in May. I had received several estimates that were all different prices. Though when I meet with Jason Richards, he asked what I and my wife both wanted. Jason listens and within a week he provided me with the estimate. The estimate was fair, and I felt that he would deliver he was honest and truthful that's something that you don't always get. There are contractors that will tell you anything to get the job and then can't deliver. Jason provided me with a time along with time and week each portion would be completed with the total dollar amount due. Two and half months and the project is finished with no hidden charges everything as we agreed. I love everything about the process. "It went very well. Dwight and Stacy are excellent at what they do. The majority of the work was done by Dwight and his son. They made sure they knew who would be at our house and when they would be there. For the few items that were sub-contracted out (floors and electrical) Dwight was there making sure it went well. I must have interviewed every kitchen and bath remodel company in Atlanta prior to selecting West Georgia Design Build. Save yourself some time and go with these guys."

"Limitless Renovations handled the remodel of our bathroom, which included oreplacing our lighting fixtures, removing a bathtub and replacing it with a shower, replacing our vanity and it's plumbing, replacing the flooring, changing a door and painting the bathroom. They also painted an adjoining bedroom and closet and replaced the flooring in both spaces. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. They all appeared on time, did their jobs well, were easy to communicate with and asked for our input as the work progressed and cleaned up the spaces they were working in at the end of the day. Kristy, who we dealt with over the telephone during the renovation was easy to reach, kept us advised as to any schedule changes and and handled any changes well.
