"I had a bathroom remodel that went badly so I needed help to fix the poor workmanship. Bryan sent the right man for the job, made the repairs, regrouted the floor, and fixed what was needed to make the job look so much better, at a reasonable price. I would recommend Bryan's for quality work."

"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."

"What a great job by FXW Builders! Had our master bathroom redone. Fran and his team worked with us all through the process. From helping with design to excellent craftsmanship. Doing a remodeling can be stressful as you want to get everything right. Fran’s long experience in home construction and his excellent ideas made it easy to get it right. I’m still amazed every time I see what a beautiful bathroom I have!!"

"This was a major job (actually, four jobs), and Tony Martin and his staff accomplished it precisely as we had envisioned it and exactly according to our tastes.  We have an older home and are sticklers for preserving its character.  Tony Martin and his staff understood our needs and sensitivities on this issue--both in the design phase and during construction.  In particular, we were able to preserve existing cabinetry in our kitchen and integrate it with new construction in a relatively seamless way.  In obtaining new windows, we were able to match the existing window style in the rest of the house.  We were impressed with the skill and professionalism of the staff--from carpentry, to plumbing, to electrical work, to tiling and painting, to dry wall installation.  Everything was carried out diligently and according to specification, and every single staff member was polite and friendly.  The carpentry work was particularly skilled.  A number of problems required custom-made solutions, which were creatively and tastefully done.  There were unexpected problems that were discovered along the way (such as the old termite damage in our kitchen sub-floor, the hole in the roof above our bathroom, problems with the placement of bathroom lighting, etc.). Tony and staff dealt with all of these surprises transparently and promptly.  On several occasions small mistakes were made (placement of a cabinet, for instance); these were corrected without hesitation. The only negative I can think of was that there was some uncertainty about our start date, and communication early on could have been better.  But we are VERY pleased with our new kitchen, bathroom, closet, and storage area. In short, we would not hesitate to use Tony Martin again for any further remodeling needs and give him our highest possible recommendation.

"Rafael did a wonderful job remodeling two bathrooms, installing hardwood flooring, and making various updates to an older condo. He was great to work with and we are very happy with the outcome of his hard work."

"Vasyl and his team at VSM Remodeling did an amazing job on our new townhouse! They helped us install new recessed lights and new flooring for an amazing price and great quality. Thanks again!"

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"B&B Associates is truly committed to its customers. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The owner provides a detailed estimate and wonderful design advice. The two crew members who did the remodeling work were skilled craftsmen who paid great attention to every detail and were a pleasure to work with. The result is a master bathroom that is well designed and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend B&B!"

"I had an excellent experience with Abi and Colibrí Construction! I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my basement. Abi was professional, reliable, hardworking, and attentive to detail throughout the entire project. In addition to the basement renovation, he also fixed my toilet and installed an electrical outlet, going above and beyond to help with my home improvement needs. I truly appreciate his dedication, quality of work, and commitment to making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Colibrí Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor who takes pride in his work. If you are looking for someone dependable who cares about his customers and their homes, Abi is definitely the person to call! Thank you again for everything.
