"We completed a total kitchen and dining room remodel as well as adding a living room addition. Tyler and Josh were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and their work was beautiful. Ken, our project manager, was always available for questions and kept in close contact during the entire project. We are so happy with our end result!"

"These guys did a really great job remodeling our kitchen with new countertops and a soft close doors. They also did a great job remodeling our bathroom tub with jetted jets in the tub as well as a rain shower thanks again guys"

"Priority first contacted us after surveying our house and noticing we had tabs that had blown off our roof from a storm. They were polite and did not pressure us to consider them but only gave a list of services they provide and how they could help us.
They were present at the inspection of our roof by an adjuster which didn't result in a full replacement. Priority gave us advice on how to proceed. After two more storms (and very significant additional damage to the roof) Priority was again present at the inspection of our roof  at which the insurance adjuster agreed to replace the entire roof. Priority was able to provide a complete list of required repairs on the spot and we got our first check for replacing the roof from our insurance company the same day.
Shortly thereafter we scheduled an appointment to replace the roof. The first appointment was canceled due to inclement weather. They rescheduled immediately for the following day and brought in extra crew to ensure the job would be completed in one day. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept a clean work area (relative to roofing work).
All communications were made promptly, respectfully. The end result looks excellent, Priority handled all adjustments with the insurance company, and we're pleased to have a new roof.

"It has been a joy having Valerie over here for a quote on my remodel. She was very professional and thorough on the process. She made sure there was complete transparency. She tried everything she could in her power to help me and even though we didn't come to a deal, I left with a lot more knowledge. Thank you Valerie."

"Adam did a great job working with his team during our entire kitchen remodel! He has integrity and good ideas!"

"The bid process was simple and Jeff answered all my questions. The work day started a little rocky. I received a telephone call when the workers were supposed to arrive, and the person asked if I was at a different address and if I was expecting remediation that day. I corrected the address and said I had expected them to be there already;  I had to leave a key because of the mixup/delay. My partner stopped by during the day and was impressed with the process. The basement looked GREAT (with the exception of a coffee mug stain on an egress window).
I had planned to use a credit card because I saw the visa/mastercard logo listed on their Angie's list profile, but the salesperson "encouraged" me to pay with a check and generously offered to give me two additional weeks to pay. I completely understand that credit card fees are an issue; however, if the company doesn't want people to use them, they shouldn't list them as an option or adjust pricing to reflect cash vs. credit card payments.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
