"Jose and Cesar (the owners) were both level headed and easy to speak to about the needs of the project. We're happy with the outcome, and happy to have our bathroom in working order again. We had some superficial water damage to the floor in our main bathroom and decided to have all of the tile replaced in the shower and on the floor. I first met with Jose for an estimate, and was impressed with his easy going demeanor and ability to answer my questions. After committing to using Top Bros., I met Cesar just before the project start date, and was just as impressed with him as I was Jose. When coordinating the start and finish dates for the remodel, I let them know we wanted it completed by dec. 20th. Either Jose or Cesar were usually present throughout the project. They also had a couple of other assistant contractors come on different days. For any questions or concerns I had along the way, I was always able to get a hold of Jose and get prompt responses. They started December 4, and had the bulk of the project finished by December 8. There were a few minor mishaps along the way, but they made every effort to correct issues as promptly as possible. Everything was completed before Christmas. A couple of months after the project was completed, I noticed the new vanity sink wasn't sealed properly to the pipe below it. I called Jose and they came out promptly to fix it."

This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"Mike is awesome !!! Very reliable, take accountability and delivers on-time and with quality. We hired Mike after a friend of ours referred him to us. We had been struggling to find a responsible contractor to get our kitchen, bathroom, and basements remodeled but after meeting Mike and going over the process we knew he is the real deal. We initially did just Kitchen and bathrooms and we were extremely satisfied with quality, timeliness, cleanliness and on-budget delivery of a project. Mike was very reliable and vetted sub-contractors that he hires and all of them do a very good job. Mike kept us informed on progress - what will be done this week, following week, etc - that made it very easy for us to plan activities that we wanted to get done differently. We then hired Mike again after 6 months to get basement remodeled and are very delighted at how it turned out to be. "We've had experience with renovations in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Frank was transparent and good at communicating. We stayed completely on budget (aside from a few things we added at the end), and the timeline for the most part was met as promised. (We were aiming to be done by Christmas, and aside from the cabinet crown molding and 4 drawer faces, everything was done). Chris, whom did most of the work in our kitchen, was fantastic. Personable, great workmanship, and provided suggestions and input based on his experience. Frank and Chris were also very easy to work with as we wanted to own some of the design elements but needed the helping installing them - i.e. farmhouse sink, backsplash, lights, island design, etc. Frank and Chris were clear about the specs that needed to be met, we purchased the items, and then they installed/built them. It was an easy partnership, and we would work with G&G Kitchen and Bath Restoration again."

"Things went quite well. The framing was difficult because walls had been cut in half to allow for water proofing. James is patient and has an eye for the details of the work. The drywall mudding and sanding was done until the walls were as smooth as silk, which makes a big difference when painted. He even repaired part of a door frame that was water damaged. But the most impressive thing was that on the last day he helped me clean the room that was coated in concrete and dry wall dust, getting on his hands and knees to wash the floor. He also helped me hang the heavy mirrors and flat screen TV. James burns is quite a guy."
