"Our experience with Retrospect was fantastic, and we plan on completing more projects with them. We were concerned about our project initially because we had already completed custom cabinets, sink, granite countertop, bead board, and baseboards in this bathroom several years ago. Retrospect took extra care to protect all this work. We couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. Communication and commitment was great. Their schedule for our project was as promised. No delays. Dan answered questions through text as we thought about them. They take pride in their work and it shows. Beautiful work on this tile and the entire project. They pay attention to detail, are easy to work with and have the utmost integrity."

"Both projects were great. I've never had a better remodeling experience which was a pleasant surprise. He has a great attention to detail and professionalism can't be matched. It's obvious he takes pride is in work as the results were beyond expectation! Would totally hire him again."

"This was the second bathroom remodel I've had Powell's do and it was excellent (again). Rodger and Lisa are so thorough in bidding and preparing for the project. I have no design skills and they both meet with me to help choose out materials and styles. Their recommendations are always so much better than I could have come up with on my own. Their crew is polite, professional, and tidy. They protect floors and other areas of the house and clean up every day before going home. They show up on time every day and work daily until the project is done. Any issue, no matter how small, gets addressed immediately with utmost courtesy. I plan to use them again for a kitchen remodel. I recommend them highly to anyone and everyone."

"We needed to remodel two bathrooms so we hired Cransten. They sent Juan R and he is quite simply the best. Very talented, very efficient, and very nice. Definitely would recommend ."

"Dan and his team installed beautiful custom built ins. He was extremely detail oriented, professional, prompt and respectful. I would recommend Dan and Xinja to anyone."

"There were a few hurdles with our project. First time I dealt with an HOA Jerry was understanding, when we finally got the go ahead he was here as promised. Cleared a wall out so the electritons could start. Our project had a few more hurdles Jerry was able to explain it to us and move forward. I would recommend Jerry for all your project needs."

"Our journey with West Shore Homes began with us just wanting to replace an unsafe garden tub in the basement. After reviewing additional options with Brandon, (our design consultant) it was an easy decision for us to move forward in upgrading our master bath shower and the main bathroom tub as well. The 1st day of 3, we had Kimball, Riley, & Dylan working on the master bath, they had to come back the next day to finish. Carson, Fredy and Logan installed & completed the basement shower the 1st day . Carson, Fredy and Kyle returned a week later, because our tub arrived in the wrong color, they completed the main bath installation in 1 day. The teams were courteous, professional and explained the process in detail. The transformation of our three bathrooms is incredible and well worth the 3 day interruption. For these reasons it is easy to rate West Our journey with West Shor Homes with 5 stars and we would recommend them to anyone we know that is interested in a bathroom remodel."
