I bought the deal for a day of contractor services.  I had Jon come out and install a bunch of casing and base board that I have been waiting on but never had a chance to do, thankfully I got him to install them. The work turned out terrific and I would most definitely use them again.  I reached out before buying the deal to see if they do the work I was looking for and verified they do (now I know that and much more).  We scheduled the next available day for all and everything went great.

The day of Jon did everything asked and more.  He left the work spaces clean,  was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process.

He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. I am very familiar with home construction work as I have lived in my home since 1961 and have had 2 major add-ons and several inside remodels done during the past 59 years. "Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."
