"Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."

While 95% of the job was completed in the projected time frame, they never questioned any issues that required correction and returned several times to ensure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. All of their installers were top notch--our back-splash gets instant compliments from everyone who sees it. The only complaint I have would be about the flooring installers who did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. All of the other installers were extremely thorough about cleaning up at the end of every day. They really did their best to minimize the the inconvenience of what could have been a very disruptive process."
