"I used Restoration Solutions for several projects in my home which included raising the floor of my sunken living room, interior paint, installation of baseboards, bathroom remodel/ shower/vanity installation, demo/ installation of a closet plus handyman services at another location. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Tasks were performed in a timely manner, he provided an estimate of the costs upfront, he showed up on time and when he said he would and was respectful of my property. I would definitely use Restoration Solutions again for projects in my home."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Andrii is an amazing professional. He is a talented and experienced craftsman. His work is beautiful, his work areas are kept neat and clean, he keeps you informed through out the process and is open to input. When he was putting in the baseboards and casing for me, he suggested options in layout and design. When he did the tile, I wasn’t sure which color of grout I wanted to use, so he did different grout samples with the tiles. I really liked working with him and hope to do so again for my future projects."

"They Did an excellent job reasonably priced, cleaned up promptly and yes I would definitely hire them again."

"Leo and Ben built a new deck and railings for my front porch. They did a beautiful job from start to finish, and the project turned out exactly as I had hoped. They are such hard workers-started at 9 on the first day of the heat wave, and didnâ t stop till 7 that evening, came back the next day and finished up. I highly recommend them."

"I love my new bathroom?it's exactly how I wanted it! I am thrilled with your work."

"Michael’s work is excellent quality. High attention to detail."

"Overall a good experience, only reason I'm not giving a five star rating is a little fit and finish on the flooring."
