Chris, Allyson, and everyone else that participated in the project exceeded our expectations. Initially, Chris and Allyson came out to look over the space and understand what we were looking to have done. They listened carefully and advised on what other items to consider. More importantly, Chris advised against certain additional work that other contractors had recommended, even though these additions would result in a higher cost for the project, as he knew the finished result would not meet our expectations. I am very happy that I listened to him. The quote was very detailed and he went over all aspects of the project beforehand to ensure that we were on the same page. The work was initiated on the exact day that he said it would and proceeded at a swift pace. We were able to visit his supplier's showroom to choose from a vast selection of materials. He has a wealth of construction knowledge across many areas and was able to answer all of our questions during each phase of the project. Communication was top-notch! He would touch base with us before and after any work was performed to make sure that it was to our liking and give details on the timing of the next step.
