These were connected areas of our home that were not functional due to a partial wall and outdated elements. Joe removed the wall, remodeled the kitchen, added lighting in the ceiling that didn't exist before, updated/corrected previous issues with the electric and plumbing, and added new flooring and paint. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area.
