"Home Project Relief was great with the two projects I hired them for. Tristan came out to give a quote, and we scheduled. He arrived on the day we had agreed to meet, on time, with what he needed to do the job. I had a ceiling with water damage from an upstairs toilet and some rotting wood trim on an exterior door. The repairs to both were completed in the timeframe to which we had agreed and exceeded my expectations in quality. I will note that you also would not know he had been there - except for the repair being finished. There was no debris from work done left behind. I am writing this review the day after service was complete and have already referred this company to a friend of mine. I plan to hire them again for other home improvement projects in the future."

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The team transformed our basement into a beautiful, livable space. Their quality, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you are considering a basement, kitchen, or bathroom remodel, just hire them. You will not be disappointed!"

"We highly recommend Kramer Custom Remodels. They are excellent, 5 stars all the way. We retained their services for several major, high-end projects at our home. We remodeled our en suite bathroom to create a glamour bathroom, remodeled our kitchen to create a gourmet kitchen and we had them prepare our house before we listed it for sale. Each major project was done on time and within the budget and the finished projects exceeded our expectations. We truly loved and had great pride in our home after they had finished. They and their crew were quiet, neat and prompt. In addition to being skilled, we really appreciated that they spent so much time planning with us before each project started so that we could make our remodeling dreams come true. Their knowledge of current trends and timeless beauty and their ability to bring our visions to life made each major remodel a pleasure. 2016- Bathroom Remodel: new tile shower with glass doors, new granite counter, new sinks, laundry area, cabinets, new tile flooring, painted walls, new lights and fixtures 2018- Kitchen Remodel- expanded entryway, added large pantry, granite and stainless steel sink; refinished and restained hardwood floor, all new soft-close cabinets, large island with granite and large stainless steel sink. Designed and built bespoke bar area with lighting, granite and marble- truly a focal point of the kitchen. New stove hood, lights and fixtures. 2021- What a relief it was to have Kramer Custom Remodels prepare our house for sale. They advised us how we could make our home look its best for buyers. They painted every room, the basement, ordered carpet, and added modern light fixtures, and made our home a showplace. We also used Kramer Custom Remodels for all our landscaping needs, through the years."

"Chris was extremely professional and very skilled at his trade. He completed the work within 2 days of our first contact and kept excellent communication about costs, time of arrival for first consultation and date of service. The projects were challenging and he did incredible carpentry. He was very good at keeping the area clean and respectful of my home. We have already discussed additional work that he will do on the house. I am excited to work with him again and recommend him without reservation. He is a breath of fresh air for someone to really work with a homeowner!"

"Ohio Top Construction and Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the crew was professional, clean, and super detail-oriented. They communicated every step of the way, finished the job on time, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. The tile work was flawless, the fixtures were installed perfectly, and the whole space now feels like a luxury hotel bathroom. They respected my home, kept the work area tidy, and made sure everything was done right?not rushed. It?s hard to find contractors who take real pride in their work these days, but these guys definitely do. If you?re thinking about remodeling, I?d 100% recommend Ohio Top Construction. Solid team, fair pricing, and beautiful results."

"I recently contracted with Peak Home Renovations, LLC for bathroom renovations. I had 2 bathroom that needed updating. I was distraught when I met Mike, as I had a horrible experience with my previous contractor. Mike came to see what was done previously. He immediately put me at ease and reassured me that he could fix it and that I would be happy with the results. Well I was beyond happy with my entire experience with Mike and his team. Mike provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He started the projects on time, and kept me updated as the projects progressed. His team was prompt, and stayed on task. I could not be happier. I recommend Mike and his team without hesitation. You will not be disappointed."

"We had our entry door replaced with a new screen door also added! They did an awesome job! Was very quick to respond and came out to do the job in great time! Would highly recommend them!"

"He has done so much to help with getting my house ready for sale. Don't know what I would have done without him. If you are in the market for repairs hire this guy. He laid floor and redid my deck, painted, trimmed, drywalled. Absolutely amazing!"
