"In the 22 years of being a home owner we have employed many contractors for a variety of jobs, Garcia Construction has been by far the most professional, clean, courteous and helpful that weâ ve worked with. Our initial need was for a full bathroom remodel and Mr. Garcia was the first to respond to our request. From our first meeting, he presented options and made himself available to answer any questions we had even before being contracted to perform the remodel. Once we notified Mr. Garcia that we were selecting him to do the demolition and reconstruction, he volunteered to join us in selecting the materials and helped in the redesign. His input was invaluable. Throughout the project, he and his team arrived everyday for two weeks on time and remained until the evening being sure to clean the area as much as possible each night. We were so pleased with his work and friendly demeanor that we since have hired Mr. Garcia to completely redo an adjacent large landing on our second floor as well as complete some updates in our kitchen. At this point, the job nearly completed, his continued dedication and pride in his work has not wavered. We have also spoken about updates we intend for south jersey properties and he thankfully consented to travel and stay in the home to complete the remodel. "I had a major project to replace the aged logs on my wooden deck. I got connected with Tom from Punchlist through Homeadvisor. I got couple of contractors to come in and advise me on how to proceed, and give me a quote. I was impressed by Tom's responsiveness, and how he approached the problem. He gave the advise which was right for me. So, I felt I can trust him, and he proved that with the excellent follow through on the project. He was professional through and through, worked with me on aligning around my schedule. As we got closer to the project, he constantly communicated with me making me aware of when he purchased inventory for me, even sent me the pictures of the wood that he purchased for me. The weather leading up to the project turned rainy, Tom had my best interest in mind. Instead of storing the wood under my deck as originally planned, he created space in his warehouse and even put a fan to keep the wood dry. The work started on exactly the day as planned, was very professionally done, and was done quickly in 2 days. His guys took care of the cleaning and disposing off the waste. While doing the work, they were responsive to feedback, and very flexible to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Before sending me the final invoice, Tom made sure that I am satisfied with the work. "We had been looking to renovate a laundry room and an adjacent powder room for several years. The project involved making the laundry room smaller and expanding the powder room to allow for an easy access full shower for an elderly family member with mobility issues. While the available space didn't allow for full ADA shower John Marzano used his decades of experience to plan for maximum use and accessories necessary to meet our needs. John met with us several times and listened to our wants and needs. The workmanship was excellent, the tiling involved large format porcelain tiles for the shower walls that are almost 4' by 4' each. He promised that he would handle it, along with the shower pan, back splash behind the vanity, and the new tile floor. We couldn't be happier, and everyone that has seen it says it's the best tiling work they have ever seen. Same accolades go for the carpentry work, placement of the grab bars and and shower fixtures. His advice was spot on from the planning phase to project completion. In short, we would absolutely use him again and would recommend him with 100% confidence to our friends and family."

"I remember how I came across FoxTail Builders. I was very upset by a lack of a good job a prior contractor I worked with did. So to calm down, I went to Wendy's to get a vanilla frosty and spicy mcnuggets. I parked my car while sipping my frosty and looked up and the foxtail builder truck was there.
