"We hired Full Spectrum for bathroom and garage additions on our home. Working with Floyd and Suzanne was a good experience from beginning to end. Floyd was on site on most days throughout the project which was great. Communication was excellent and the sub-contractors were all great at their specialties. We would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of work."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company. From beginning to end this company is trustworthy and does quality work. If you are looking for a company that you can trust and that will do great work then I would highly recommend Cook Remodeling. In my project they removed a "skylight" (that was on the side of my house (but ugly) and they patched the ceiling on the inside. If I ever need a remodeling company in the future for anything I will go to them. I actually asked about some other projects, but the owner of the company gave me the names of the contractors that he works with and told me that I would save some money if I went through them for a few different jobs that I was looking into. Jeff, the owner, was honest, kind, and I would trust him with any project on my house."

Also, Bob always responded right away whenever I called or texted him. He offers exceptional personal service and project coordination. We would not hesitate to hire him again. "Wonderful! Look no more: You have found a triple licensed (general, electrical and plumbing) builder who keeps on budget, has great aesthetic taste, is creative and keeps to his schedule AND he sends in a professional cleaning crew at the end of the job! What contractor does THAT? We have already hired him for two more jobs, one at our 2nd home in Sedona and for a remodel of a condo our son just bought. In between our neighbors hired Vicente for a bathroom remodel at our recommendation. They have already told me they are thrilled with hiswork. Book LEAN Construction as soon as you finish reading this...this 3 year old firm will be booked up very soon. You have found your contractor!"

The proper sequence of a kitchen installation starts with laying the foundation and structural framework. From there, you need to establish utilities like plumbing, wiring, and gas lines, then install cabinetry and countertops, and finally finish with flooring, painting, tile backsplashes, and lighting. A professional kitchen installation contractor can coordinate each component of your project to minimize the timeline and maximize resources.
