"Highly recommend Benchmark Property remodeling! They were fantastic! Wish we had hired them for other projects! Ben is awesome!"

"This is a great company to work with. They remodeled our kitchen, working much more quickly than I had imagined Every day they cleaned up after themselves. They gave us just what we wanted. And when I wanted a change in what I had ordered, they quickly and efficiently accomplished it. Tim and his guys were also very gave us very good advice."

"Larry and the crew finished an approximately 600 square foot basement area including a bedroom/office, main room, and full bathroom. The job did take longer than planned but there were both supply issues and weather issues that slowed them down. The work area was kept fairly clean and they took pains to keep the rest of my house clean and protected throughout the process. I wanted this job done by the books and Larry went through the process of transferring his license to Johnson County, pulling the permits, and scheduling the inspections. The inspector was very complimentary about the work and I don not think there were any findings in any of the inspections, which tells me it was a job well done. We made several changes along the way including adding a linen closet and additional closet under the stairs, and changing the location of one of the walls. We also had to work through a couple of quirks that every house will throw at you but the team did a great job adapting. If I had to be critical about anything it would be inefficiency. There were lot of trips to the hardware store for supplies which may have contributed to the longer than planned job duration, however, that impacts IDC more than me. I trusted Larry and the team with my home and we are pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend IDC for any jobs you have in the South Kansas City area."

"We contracted Casey Construction for a master bathroom remodel that gutted it to the studs but left the same footprint--something that we would typically do ourselves but didn't have time for now--I call this out, because we're picky especially when it comes to quality. I didn't have a complete design planned out, but knew I didn't want a cookie-cutter remodel, so beyond the remodel construction, Julie Casey helped me come up with an up to date, attractive design with our stated budget that will hold up over time. The Casey's and the onsite crew were easy to work with from the beginning, always professional and we never had any concerns leaving the crew alone if we weren't home. Of course, I asked for changes as the work was being done, and the Caseys always provided quotes and alternatives up front so I could decide if/how we wanted to proceed. Even with our changes, they finished the project just one week past their original estimate but this was based on reset expectations. We're super happy with the results and workmanship, something we could tell everyone with the Casey team also took pride in. We love our new space! We have other updates in the future and will definitely be using them for these."

"This is the third time I’ve used Deano tile and I’m extremely pleased with their quality of work yet again. The entire team is extremely professional and their attention to detail is impressive as always. I would highly recommend them if you are needing any remodeling!!"

"Work completed: 08/21/20 *Touch up and trim painting *Roof Soffit repair The handyman was very professional and he arrived on time as scheduled. We are very pleased with the work completed. We further appreciated the him too for implementing and respecting the social distancing precautions during this pandemic. We will definitely request him for any needed future repairs. Respectfully Ray Robinson Pensacola FL."

"The sales person that came to our house was a very typical sales person and definitely not a designer. That worked in our favor, because we had already made choices on what we wanted. The project manager (Michael Gross) and the master installer (Jim Kesterson) were great to work with. Area's around our kitchen were protected, the work area was cleaned everyday. Jim was on time everyday, and kept us informed on his comings and goings. The project took two weeks and Michael came to inspect the work being done at least 5 times. The attention to detail, demonstrated by both Michael and Jim, gave us confidence that the final outcome would be (and is) what we were expecting and paid for."
