"Hired for a kitchen remodel. Very prompt with scheduling, and keeps a great flow of communication. Very professional and personable at the same time! We will be hiring him to do our railing as well, and probably any other remodel we decide to do in the future! I'd give 10 stars if I could!"

"Very pleased with my remodel. It was completed on time with quality products and work."

"Absolutely a work of art!!! We have already received multiple compliments on the finished work. So appreciative of the ability to complete the remodel in phases. Enjoying the journey. Greatly anticipated the next step. . Thank you Maris. Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season."

"Their ideas are very chic and timeless. They remodeled my bathroom two years ago, and it still looks fantastic. It won’t need an upgrade or remodel in the foreseeable future."

"Jose took out carpeting in our spare bedroom and replaced it with laminate wood flooring and wider baseboards. Jose did a fantastic job pulling up and disposing of our existing carpet, matching the new wood linoleum to our existing flooring, and cutting, installing, and painting our new wider baseboards. Jose has also installed a door leading from our garage to our side deck (which he also built for us). The door fits perfectly, looks great, and we've never had one leak in over a year. The deck he built is perfect... no warps, waves, or gaps. If you are looking for a honest, quality professional to help you with your home needs, look no further... Jose (In 'n Out Construction) is your guy!"

"The crew(Chris and Kris) were friendly, considerate and very accommodating. I would highly recommend a bath remodel from this company to anyone wanting fast reliable service."

"Absolutely amazing work. He came over listened to my ideas I was wanting to do in my basement and ran with it. I couldn?t be happy with how things turned out. I will be using this company again to do my basement remodel here in the near future! Thank you so much Josh Terrio for being honest, reliable and adaptable to my changes."
