We also trusted them enough to leave them to work on the project while we left for a beach vacation. They worked for us on a bathroom remodeling project that included building a new shower in our previous house. It was so successfully that we hired them later to do a large 1700 sq ft tiling project in our new home. The project included installing heating elements under the tile, laying new tile, installing trim and some wall modifications. We would definitely hire them for a future project."

He carefully protected all the flooring and stairs between the front door and the upstairs bathroom so that it wouldn't get dinged or dirty during the job. "Joe did a solid job of removing over 100 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation and another 200 sq ft of asbestos linoleum from my 100-year old house. Professional, fair price (consistent with other bids), and much more flexible on scheduling right away. He's a bit casual in communications and invoicing. I had to ask for the following asbestos lab reports. But I was more than happy that he could take care of all this on short notice."

"Had them rip out the fireplace that was installed poorly in 1990. A bit costly, but I doubt a single handyman could have done it in a timely fashion. Done in 3 days start to finish. I was expecting some water damage, but it was much worse. Getting a exact price for the work out of them beforehand was impossible. Ultimately it cost $2500 extra do to having to replace more sections of the roof and support beans. They didn't pull a fast one, the wood crumbled when touched. Labor isn't cheap. Would hire them again because the work is solid."
