We are remodeling ourselves without a builder contractor, and Don worked easily with our other trades in the house and with our layman cabinet drawings to start his measurements/CAD drawings. He still met our timeline and that was after adding an additional room that got sprung on us last minute! He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields. A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away. After the room was completed with a bare concrete floor, Roy recommended someone to put down ceramic tile for us (I had considered doing it myself, but my wife and son talked me out of it.) and they also did an excellent job. Roy is a very pleasant person as were all the people on his crews. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the job."
