"OMG! I couldn’t be happier with the results! We wanted to update our kitchen and told Mr. Garcia what we envisioned and what our price mark was and he gave us many options. He suggested an open floor plan to add value to our home. They knocked down the kitchen walls, installed hardwood flooring throughout the entire level, added grand crown molding and a beautiful island. I can’t wait to cook in my kitchen now...we also had them update our bathroom floors. Everything came out beautifully! We will be hiring them again to do our lower level next year!"

"After receiving several quotes from various contractors, we were extremely happy to have found DAL Builders to complete our kitchen remodel. Tim, David and their team were terrific. Tim came up with the best use of space for our kitchen: He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to expand on our ideas. Tim applied for permits and worked with our village in order to comply with codes/restrictions. Additionally, he coordinated with our suppliers to pick up/deliver materials which made our remodel easier. "We had a full bathroom gutted to the studs and redone entirely. Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. Team is well organized and very responsive to all our questions, modifications or changes during the project. Left the place clean afterwards at end! Price was reasonable as compare to others! I suggest, if one plan to remodel a bathroom, make the design a head of time, purchase items, matching Tiles, pencils and grout based on your taste and design, and then discuss the plan with Envy Project Manager, Scott was great to work with. "Horrible, I emailed and received a quote after pictures were sent. The final price was $1285, more than double the estimate without any warning. NO discussion during work or mention that it was a bigger job than expected. The amount I paid in materials was only $155, so I don't know where they got their final price. The caulk job looked like I did it myself with a shaky hand, very clumpy and missing in some spot! Also the door is hung on an angle and lets the breeze in, not well done at al! Not only that, but the paint around the door they installed was all chipped and gauges were in the wall. I was going to have to pay even more for them to fix the damages they did. After fighting on the phone of their unethical business practices, they did go down on the price, told me they won't guarantee the work though. At the very end, they added an additional $0.25! Seriously, kick me while I'm down Mr. Handyman"
