"I received 3 different quotes and this one was the most expensive, however what was presented to us and what we were able to investigate about the company it was worth the added expense. The team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They arrived on time and finished timely. When the city inspector was out he also stated that they did an excellent job. Only one small thing was noted and that was the attic access either needed to be sealed or have a rubber gasket applied. I called and they immediately came out and took care of that. I was very pleased. I highly recommend them. In fact I already have."

"Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."
